Our role involves:
Your Property Manager will attend site on a regular basis. They will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues
Supervision of cyclical contractors covering the cleaning, gardening and day to day management. Only fully vetted contractors will be awarded contracts
Negotiation of associated contracts to ensure that all clients are getting the best value and service
Major Works and Section 20 consultation, which will be handled in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1995 by your Property Manager
Ensuring Health and Safety reports and Fire Risk Assessments (FRA’s) are carried out periodically
Handling all day-to-day management and residents’ issues with a swift response time
Drafting of service charge budgets, collection of service charges and ground rents by our in-house credit control facility
Arranging of buildings insurance including valuations and claims handling
Dealing with sales packs assignments and notices
Arranging and attending Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) and director meetings
Preparation of Year End accounts and Returns
Ensuring landlords and tenants are fulfilling their obligations set within their lease
