What We Do

We successfully manage new and existing developments, predominantly in the Midlands and Northwest region. Our property management team provide a friendly and efficient service to all our clients. Our experience of managing various developments ensures that we maintain and deliver services that are essential to making your home or investment a safe, clean, and desirable location. Our role involves:

Site visits

Your Property Manager will attend site on a regular basis. They will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues

Supervision

Supervision of cyclical contractors covering the cleaning, gardening and day to day management. Only fully vetted contractors will be awarded contracts

Negotiation

Negotiation of associated contracts to ensure that all clients are getting the best value and service

Consultation

Major Works and Section 20 consultation, which will be handled in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1995 by your Property Manager

Reports

Ensuring Health and Safety reports and Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) are carried out periodically

Management

Handling all day-to-day management and residents’ issues with a swift response time

Credit Control

Drafting of Service Charge Budgets, collection of service charges and ground rents by our in-house credit control facility

Insurance

Arranging of buildings insurance including valuations and claims handling

Sales Packs

Dealing with sales packs assignments and notices

Meetings

Arranging and attending Annual General Meetings (AGM) and director meetings

Accounts

Preparation of Year End Accounts and Returns

Lease Obligations

Ensuring landlords and tenants are fulfilling their obligations set within their lease
